Douglas Engelbart founds the field of Human Computer Interaction and technology becomes mainstream through exponential growth in computing power and user friendly interfaces.
We take the interface of a computer for granted today. We see windows. We click on things with a mouse, we type with a keyboard. These things didn't appear out of thin air. They were invented.
